An interesting game for Gmunden Swans (9-3) which played road game in Wels against their biggest opponent Raiffeisen Flyers Wels (9-4). Third ranked Gmunden Swans managed to get a 11-point victory 98-87. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Raiffeisen Flyers Wels. American power forward Chase Jeter (208-1997, college: Arizona) answered with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 11 rebounds and Lithuanian forward Arvydas Gydra (206-1989) added 21 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Raiffeisen Flyers Wels. Gmunden Swans have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Raiffeisen Flyers Wels at the other side dropped to the third position with four games lost. They share it with Oberwart. Gmunden Swans are looking forward to face Timberwolves (#11) in Vienna in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
