Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked EnBW Ludwigsburg (8-3) edged at home 11th ranked ratiopharm Ulm (4-7) 87-84 on Tuesday. However just three-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. It was a great evening for American guard Isaiah Whitehead (191-1995, college: Seton Hall) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 6 assists. Naturalized Cuban Yorman Polas-Bartolo (191-1985, agency: LUMANI 10.7) helped adding 14 points. EnBW Ludwigsburg's coach Josh King used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Brazilian point guard Yago Matheus (175-1999) responded with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists and Spanish point guard Juan Nunez (192-2004) scored 11 points and 4 assists. Five ratiopharm Ulm players scored in double figures. EnBW Ludwigsburg maintains fourth place with 8-3 record. Loser ratiopharm Ulm keeps the eleventh position with seven games lost. They share it with Heidelberg and Hamburg.
