Regular Season Round 13: Final Spor - Antalya 94-56

There was no surprise in Bursa where 14th ranked Antalya (2-11) was crushed by sixth ranked Final Spor (8-5) 94-56 on Friday. Final Spor dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Antalya's 26. They outrebounded Antalya 49-25 including a 34-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Final Spor looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Jamaican power forward Clint Robinson (203-1994, college: UIC) stepped up and scored 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and American LaceDarius Dunn (193-1987, college: Baylor) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Final Spor players scored in double figures. Final Spor's coach Berat Gok felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Berkan Aksu (204-2001) responded with 16 points and guard Hamit Sezaver (194-1992) scored 7 points and 6 rebounds. Final Spor moved-up to fourth place, which they share with TED Ankara and Sigortam.net. Antalya lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the fourteenth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Gemlik and Bornova. Final Spor will meet OGM Orman (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Antalya will play against Samsunspor and hope to secure a win.
