Not a big story in a game when 17th ranked Schwenningen (3-12) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked Gladiators (8-7) 89-71 on Friday. Gladiators made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Gladiators outrebounded Schwenningen 36-21 including 22 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was center Till Isemann (209-1996) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds. Marco Hollersbacher (202-2000) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Four Gladiators players scored in double figures. Gladiators' coach Pascal Heinrichs used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
