Very expected game when 11th ranked Kirchheim Knights (8-9) lost to fifth ranked Titans (11-6) in Dresden 56-74 on Friday. Titans dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Kirchheim Knights' 24. They outrebounded Kirchheim Knights 45-34 including 31 on the defensive glass. Naturalized American Grant Teichmann (191-1996, college: C-N) nailed 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and Canadian Tanner Graham (200-1996, college: Queen's) accounted for 13 points and 8 rebounds. American center Tyrone Nash (203-1988, college: Notre Dame) came up with 8 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import guard Michael Flowers (185-1999, college: WSU) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Kirchheim Knights in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players saving starting five for next games. Titans moved-up to third place, which they share with Giessen and Hagen.
