LKL top team - Zalgiris (15-1) had no problems winning another game on Monday. This time they beat seventh ranked Siauliai (8-8) 93-75. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Siauliai. Zalgiris looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Zalgiris made 9 blocks. The winners were led by the former international forward Karolis Lukosiunas (195-1997) who scored that evening 21 points and the former international point guard Lukas Lekavicius (180-1994) supported him with 16 points.
