Date: January 18, 2023
There was a change at the Liga Nationala leadership position after last games. The most shocking disappointment of round 16 was a defeat of league's leader Galati (8-6). They were defeated by second ranked Oradea (13-1) 103-86 on Wednesday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Galati. The game without a history. Oradea led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They outrebounded Galati 39-27 including a 27-15 advantage in defensive rebounds.
