No shocking result in a game when second ranked Turk Telekom (13-3) beat 6th ranked Dacka (8-8) in Istanbul 97-79 on Saturday. They outrebounded Dacka 36-25 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Turk Telekom looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The winners were led by French forward Axel Bouteille (201-1995, agency: BeoBasket) who scored that evening 24 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Jerian Grant (196-1992, college: Notre Dame) supported him with 17 points and 6 assists. Four Turk Telekom players scored in double figures. Even 18 points and 5 rebounds by the former international point guard Dogus Ozdemiroglu (191-1996) did not help to save the game for Dacka. American forward Aaron White (206-1992, college: Iowa) added 11 points for lost side. Dacka's coach tested eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Turk Telekom have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 13-3 record behind leader Fenerbahce. Loser Dacka keeps the sixth place with eight games lost.
