An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Bursa. Third ranked Darussafaka faced 4th placed Bursaspor. Guests from Istanbul (10-5) smashed host Bursaspor (8-7) 104-76. Darussafaka dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Bursaspor's 32. Darussafaka forced 20 Bursaspor turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a great evening for power forward Bugra Cal (204-2004) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 8 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Darussafaka. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams. Bursaspor lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with Pinar Karsiyaka. Darussafaka will meet at home Petkim Spor (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Bursaspor will play against Merkezefendi (#8) in Denizl and hope to secure a win.
