Very predictable result when second ranked Telekom Baskets (14-2) outscored on the road bottom-ranked Bayreuth (3-13) 94-71 on Sunday. Telekom Baskets made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. American-North Macedonian point guard TJ Shorts (175-1997, college: UC Davis) stepped up and scored 19 points and 7 assists for the winners and the former international center Michael Kessens (206-1991, college: FIU) chipped in 13 points and 10 rebounds. Shorts is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Telekom Baskets players scored in double figures.
