Important game to mention about took place in Berlin. Seventh ranked Muenster (4-7) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 6th ranked Berlin Braves (3-7) 58-57 in the game for the sixth place. It was a great evening for Paul Viefhues (195-2005) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 7 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Center Lukas Ehrich (204-2002) helped adding 14 points and 9 rebounds. Muenster's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Muenster moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Tornados and Jena. Berlin Braves lost their fifth game in a row. They dropped to the seventh position with seven games lost. Muenster will play against league's second-placed ALBA Berlin at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Berlin Braves will play against the league's leader Young Dragons (#1) in Quakenbrueck and hope to get back on the winning track.
