No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Dragons Rhoendorf (10-7) crushed at home 12th ranked Herford (2-15) 108-63 on Saturday. Dragons Rhoendorf dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Herford's 30. They outrebounded Herford 38-19 including a 27-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Dragons Rhoendorf looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Herford's players. American point guard Devon Goodman (184-1997, college: Pennsylvania) notched a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and Florian Koch (197-1992) supported him with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Dragons Rhoendorf players scored in double figures. Even 16 points and 5 rebounds by naturalized American Shawn Gulley (200-1993, college: Temple JC) did not help to save the game for Herford.
