Regular Season Round 21: Nuernberg - Dresden 97-105

The most interesting game of round 21 in the ProA was a home defeat of 7th ranked Falcons (11-10) to sixth ranked Titans (12-9) 105-97 in the game for the sixth place. Titans forced 21 Falcons turnovers. American Chase Adams (176-1988, college: Pittsburgh) stepped up and scored 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and swingman Lucien Schmikale (194-1997) chipped in 20 points. Titans' coach Fabian Strauss used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American forward Rocky Kreuser (206-1999, college: NDSU) with 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Lithuanian Justinas Ramanauskas (193-2000) scored 18 points and 6 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Newly promoted Titans maintains sixth place with 12-9 record. Falcons at the other side keep the seventh position with ten games lost. Titans are looking forward to face Science City Jena (#13) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Falcons will play against Phoenix Hagen (#4) and are hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
