It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Tigers. SparkassenStars made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Even 29 points and 4 steals by American Zac Seljaas (203-1997, college: BYU) did not help to save the game for Tigers. Naturalized Croatian Mateo Seric (204-1999) added 15 points and 10 rebounds for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. SparkassenStars moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Trier and Kirchheim. Loser Tigers keep the second position with seven games lost. SparkassenStars will meet league's leader Rasta Vechta on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Tigers will play against Falcons in Nuernberg and hope to secure a win.
