No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Brasov (12-8) beat at home 10th ranked Alexandria (5-15) 62-49 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Brasov. Alexandria managed to win fourth quarter 17-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was an exceptional evening for U.S. Virgin Islands center Anisha George (188-1998, college: N.Texas) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds. Serbian Biljana Pesovic (180-1983) accounted for 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side.
