Finals Game 3: AEL - Anagennises 71-40

AEL captured Division A title. They stormed past Anagennises to complete the sweep of the championship series. The game without a history. AEL led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They held Anagennises to an opponent 21.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 39.1 percent accuracy of the winners. AEL forced 21 Anagennises turnovers. It was a great evening for the former international swingman Petra Orlovic (178-1990) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds. American swingman Hailey Leidel (180-1997, college: UMass) helped adding 17 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Four AEL players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was naturalized Bulgarian power forward Styliana Velinova (192-2000) with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and the former international Mezra Torlak (172-2002) scored 11 points and 7 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
