Very predictable result when sixth ranked Nesibe (13-10) rolled over 11th ranked Bursa (7-16) in Ankara 87-68 on Saturday. Nesibe looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Chelsea Nelson (188-1996, college: NC State) who led the winners and scored 13 points and 8 rebounds. American-North Macedonian forward Merritt Hempe (190-1994, college: Georgia) accounted for 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Four Nesibe players scored in double figures. Nesibe's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American center Channon Fluker (193-1997, college: CSUN) came up with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 22 rebounds and the former international forward Ozge Kavurmacioglu (187-1993) added 7 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Bursa in the defeat. Nesibe moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Emlak. Loser Bursa keeps the eleventh position with 16 games lost.
