Very predictable result when third ranked Skyliners II (14-8) rolled over 10th ranked OrangeAcademy (7-15) in Ulm 85-56 on Sunday. Skyliners II forced 19 OrangeAcademy turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The winners were led by Alexander Richardson (205-2003) who scored that evening 15 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) and Felix Hecker (193-1998) supported him with 19 points. Even 12 points and 7 rebounds by Austrian David Fuchs (203-2003) did not help to save the game for OrangeAcademy. Joel Cwik (194-2006) added 14 points and 4 assists. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Skyliners II have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 14-8 record having five points less than leader Koblenz, which they share with Rhoendorf. OrangeAcademy lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 15 games lost. They share the position with SC Wizards. Skyliners II will meet at home Loewen (#5) in the next round. OrangeAcademy will play against Speyer (#6) and hope to secure a win.
