Leader Oradea delivered the fifteenth victory. This time they crushed 7th ranked Sibiu (6-10) 91-70. The game was mostly controlled by Oradea. Sibiu was better in second period 26-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American forward Mark Ogden (206-1994, college: Utah Tech) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Lithuanian Donatas Tarolis (207-1994) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Four Oradea players scored in double figures. Latvian Roberts Blumbergs (208-1998, college: GCU) replied with 11 points and 8 rebounds and Spanish Daniel Manchon (193-1998, agency: Promo Sport ID) added 15 points in the effort for Sibiu.
