Politehnica Iasi managed to secure a 9-point victory 60-51 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 25-10 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. They dropped to the sixth position with six games lost. Politehnica Iasi will meet league's leader Rm Valcea II in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Craiova 2 will play against Agronomia (#3) and hope to secure a win.
