Very expected game when 12th ranked Ludwigsburg (6-18) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Coburg (14-10) 81-75 on Saturday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Coburg dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Ludwigsburg's 26 and made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Spanish point guard Jose Carrasco (185-1994) scored 14 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Sven Lorber (183-1997) chipped in 13 points during the contest. Coburg's coach Jessica Miller used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Mikey De Sousa (198-2003) responded with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and point guard Luca Stuebel (189-2004) scored 21 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field).
