Regular Season Round 24: Gaziantep - Galatasaray 96-78

We should mention about the upset which took place in Gaziantep, where higher ranked Galatasaray (11-14) lost to fifteenth ranked Gaziantep (8-17) in a road game 78-96 on Saturday. Gaziantep shot the lights out from three sinking 16 long-distance shots on high 61.5 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Bulgarian point guard Codi Miller-McIntyre (191-1994, college: Wake Forest) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 10 points, 6 rebounds, 11 assists and 5 steals and Nigerian center John Egbunu (211-1994, college: Florida) who added 17 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) during the contest. Five Gaziantep players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Italian-American forward Angelo Caloiaro (203-1989, college: USF, agency: Pensack Sports) with 23 points and 5 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) and Canadian-Jamaican guard Dylan Ennis (188-1991, college: Oregon) scored 18 points and 7 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Gaziantep moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with Besiktas. Loser Galatasaray keeps the seventh position with 14 games lost.
