No shocking result in a game when third ranked Bayern Muenchen (23-7) defeated at home 17th ranked Skyliners (8-21) 95-89 on Wednesday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Bayern Muenchen outrebounded Skyliners 33-16 including 22 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Bayern Muenchen made 9 blocks. American point guard Cassius Winston (185-1997, college: Michigan St.) stepped up and scored 20 points for the winners and his fellow American import DJ Seeley (193-1989, college: CS Fullerton) chipped in 14 points.
