No shocking result in a game when second ranked Tigers (24-8) crushed 6th ranked Titans (18-14) in Tuebingen 98-69 on Wednesday. Tigers made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Titans turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The winners were led by naturalized Croatian Mateo Seric (204-1999) who scored that evening 19 points and American Zac Seljaas (203-1997, college: BYU) supported him with 8 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Tigers players scored in double figures. Even 21 points by naturalized American Grant Teichmann (191-1996, college: C-N) did not help to save the game for Titans. American guard David Kachelries (183-1998, college: SF Austin, agency: Diamond Sports) added 13 points for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tigers maintains second position with 24-8 record having just two points less than leader Vechta. Newly promoted Titans keep the sixth place with 14 games lost.
