Very predictable result when ninth ranked Invasport (6-2) outscored on the road bottom-ranked Poltava (0-7) 110-35 on Saturday. The game without a history. Invasport led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Poltava to just 5 points in first quarter and to 11 points in first half. Invasport held Poltava to an opponent 22.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 46.1 percent accuracy of the winners. Invasport forced 35 Poltava turnovers and outrebounded them 53-26 including a 24-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Poltava's players. Point guard Andriy Raus (185-1991) scored 23 points, 8 assists and 7 steals to lead the charge for the winners and center Yevgen Brechko (206-1992) chipped in 20 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Five Invasport players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Mykola Boichak with 16 points and Ivan Shariy scored 9 points. Invasport have an impressive six-game winning streak. Despite that victory Invasport went down to tenth position due to points difference, which they share with Khmelnytskyi. Newly promoted Poltava still closes the standings with seven games lost.
