But Final Spor was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Balikesir 83-79 on Saturday night. Sigortam.net made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. Sigortam.net looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American point guard James Florence (185-1988, college: Mercer) fired 24 points and 5 assists for the winners. Guard Dogukan Sanli (191-1995) chipped in 18 points and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all six shots). Four Sigortam.net players scored in double figures. American guard Deshon Taylor (188-1996, college: Fresno St.) produced 15 points and the other American import center Brendan Medley-Bacon (213-2000, college: NCCU) added 9 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Sigortam.net will meet Fenerbahce 2 in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Final Spor will play against Haremspor in Istanbul and hope to win that game.
