Very predictable result when Yalovaspor (3-0) won against Ormanspor (1-2) in Ankara 101-84 on Saturday. Yalovaspor looked well-organized offensively handing out 36 assists comparing to just 21 passes made by Ormanspor's players. It was an exceptional evening for American center Brandon Walters (208-1995, college: MTSU) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Mehmet Alemdaroglu (205-1996) accounted for 16 points for the winning side. Four Yalovaspor players scored in double figures. American Keyshawn Woods (192-1996, college: Ohio St.) came up with 27 points and 5 rebounds and Oguzhan Tosun (191-1996) added 12 points and 9 assists respectively for Ormanspor in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Yalovaspor will meet at home Balikesir (#15) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Ormanspor will play against Gaziantep (#6) and hope to win that game.
