Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both seventh ranked Westerstede and 8th ranked Braunschweig had identical 1-1 record. This time Westerstede used a home court advantage and rolled over the opponent from Braunschweig 89-70 on Saturday night. They outrebounded Braunschweig 36-19 including 25 on the defensive glass. Westerstede looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Braunschweig's players. The best player for the winners was American guard Carrington Wiggins (188, college: MSUB) who had a triple-double by scoring 29 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
