Regular Season Round 2: Troti - Portoroz 92-77

There was a surprise result when Troti won against at home Portoroz 92-77 on Saturday. Troti looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Portoroz's players. Point guard Uros Zadnik (188-1990) notched a double-double by scoring 17 points, 5 rebounds and 12 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and Serbian forward Dalibor Djapa (205-1984) supported him with 16 points and 7 rebounds. Five Troti players scored in double figures. Even 24 points and 6 assists by point guard Andraz Rogelja (189-1995, agency: PEPI SPORT) did not help to save the game for Portoroz. Montenegrin Janko Kilibarda (-2003) added 17 points and 5 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Troti will meet at home Plama Pur in the next round. Portoroz will play against Litija and hope to win that game.
