Regular Season Round 3: MBC-Niko 2 - Push Krop. 70-54

MBC-Niko 2 (3-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat Push Krop. (0-3) in Mykolaiv 70-54. Push Krop. was ahead by 3 points at the halftime before a 44-25 second half run of MBC-Niko 2. It was a great evening for guard Bogdan Lukian (183-1999) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points and 4 steals. Forward Maksym Shtanko (200-1999) helped adding 13 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was power forward Olexandr Kosenkov (205-1990, agency: BIG) with 6 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Sergey Lakomov (197-2000) scored 12 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. MBC-Niko 2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Push Krop. will play at home against Sambir (#3) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
