An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Vilniaus. LeaderTornado KM faced 4th placed VKM . Guests from Kaunas (5-0) defeated host VKM (3-2) 94-90 . VKM was ahead by 5 points after three quarters before a 23-18 charge of Tornado KM, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to VKM 's 40. Tornado KM had a 37-26 advantage in offensive rebounds. They brought some defensive toughness making 10 blocks. Center Arminas Vilkas (200-2007) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 18 rebounds and 7 blocks. Point guard Azuolas Hopenas (179-2007) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Four Tornado KM players scored in double figures. Guard Dziugas Remeikis (190-2006) answered with 39 points (!!!) and center Titas Lavrinovic (208-2006) added 14 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for VKM. Tornado KM have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with VKKM. VKM at the other side keeps the fourth place with two games lost. They share the position with Panevezio and Perkunas.
