The game had a very big importance for second-rankedHelios Suns as it allowed them to take a leadership position after previous leader's (Krka) loss. Helios Suns defeated 8th ranked Hopsi Polzela in Domzale 78-66 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Hopsi Polzela. Helios Suns players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Rok Nemanic (192-2001) who helped to win the game recording 17 points. Serbian Milos Glisic (205-1998) contributed with 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American guard Cooper Robb (185, college: EKU) replied with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and his fellow American import forward Jordan Skipper-Brown (199-1998, college: Murray St.) added 12 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Hopsi Polzela. Helios Suns have a solid three-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Krka. Hopsi Polzela at the other side keeps the eighth place with seven games lost.
