Regular Season Round 13: Holbaek - Randers 87-115

No shocking result in a game when fifth rankedRanders (7-4) smashed on the road 9th ranked Holbaek (2-9) 115-87 on Friday. Randers shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 56.7 percentage. American guard Steven Green (196-1993, college: OKBU) stepped up and scored 52 points (!!!) (made all of his eight free throws) for the winners and the former international power forward Morten Bulow (204-1999, agency: BIG) chipped in 18 points and 9 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). At the losing side Gustav Winther (207-2004) responded with 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and power forward Peter Beier-Christiansen (204-2002) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. Five Holbaek players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Randers . They maintain fifth place with 7-4 record. Holbaek lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the tenth position with nine games lost.
