Nord Dragonz has finally registered their first victory this season after nine consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Furstenfeld Panthers (0-11) 105-84 on Saturday. The game without a history. Eisenstadt led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Nord Dragonz dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Furstenfeld Panthers ' 44. It was a great shooting night for Nord Dragonz especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. The best player for the winners was American-Nigerian guard Austen Awosika (190-1998, college: CS Fullerton) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. Guard Lukas Hahn (190-1999) chipped in 23 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Nord Dragonz's coach Felix Jambor felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Dylan Causwell (203-1995, college: USAO) produced 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import center Alonzo Campbell (213-1996, college: Alcorn St.) added 18 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for the guests. Five Nord Dragonz and four Furstenfeld Panthers players scored in double figures. Eisenstadt maintains eleventh place with 1-9 record. It was Furstenfeld 's eleventh loss in a row. They still close the standings with 11 games lost.
