There was a minor upset in Rostock where 7th rankedWolmirstedt (6-6) was defeated by tenth ranked Seawolves 2 (5-7) 87-79 on Saturday. It was a great shooting night for Rostock II especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Branden Maughmer (190-1999, college: Morehead St., agency: Helping Ballers) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 6 rebounds and naturalized Spanish center Daniel Lopez Dittert (206-1986) who added 17 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. The best for the losing side was Martin Bogdanov (186-1992) with 17 points and Lithuanian power forward Modestas Paulauskas (211-1995) scored 7 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Rostock II moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Iserlohn and Speyer. Loser Wolmirstedt dropped to the sixth position with six games lost. They share it with 5 other teams.
