There was an upset when higher rankedKirchheim Knights (9-5) were defeated on the road by twelfth ranked Koblenz (6-8) 73-57 on Wednesday. The best player for the winners was center Maurice Pluskota (209-1992) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds. American point guard David Sloan (183-1999, college: ETSU) chipped in 17 points. Koblenz's coach Patrick Elzie used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
