No shocking result in a game when second rankedPitesti (10-4) crushed at home 6th ranked Craiova (5-7) 91-62 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Pitesti led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Pitesti especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 53.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Craiova 's players. Serbian center Nikola Jevtovic (209-1989) notched 19 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and American guard Corey Allen-Williams (188-1998, college: Georgia St.) supported him with 18 points and 4 assists. Four Pitesti players scored in double figures. Even 13 points and 4 assists by Ukrainian point guard Vitaliy Zotov (188-1997) did not help to save the game for Craiova . Serbian power forward Milan Milovanovic (205-1991) added 12 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Pitesti maintains second position with 10-4 record behind leader Cluj Napoca. Loser Craiova keeps the sixth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Targu Jiu.
