The game in Siauliai was also worth to mention about. Third ranked Neptunas (8-5) played at the court of 5th ranked Siauliai (3-10). Neptunas managed to secure a 5-point victory 63-58. It was a great evening for the former international Brigita Sinickaite (175-2001) who led her team to a victory scoring 12 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Ukrainian swingman Viktoriia Balaban (176-1997, agency: BIG) helped adding 11 points and 6 rebounds. Four Neptunas players scored in double figures. At the losing side Kenyan center Mercy Wanyama (185-1992) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds and Bulgarian guard Valeria Aleksieva (166-2000) scored 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Neptunas have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 8-5 record having three points less than leader LCC Klaipeda. Siauliai lost tenth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with ten games lost. They share it with Druskininku. Neptunas' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Klaipeda LCC Klaipeda.
