There was no surprise when 17th rankedArtland Dragons (4-18) lost to fourteenth ranked Koblenz (8-14) in Quakenbrueck 75-85 on Sunday. Koblenz dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Artland Dragons 's 26. Point guard Marvin Heckel (190-1997) notched 19 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort and center Maurice Pluskota (209-1992) supported him with 18 points and 6 rebounds. Four Koblenz players scored in double figures. Even 22 points and 6 assists by Greek point guard Nikolaos Chouchoumis (186-1996) did not help to save the game for Artland . American forward Jake Forrester (206-1999, college: St.Louis, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) added 10 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Koblenz moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with Vechta 2. Artland lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventeenth position with 18 games lost. They share it with Paderborn.
