There was a minor upset in Bursa where 8th rankedKapakli Spor (11-14) was defeated by tenth ranked Final Spor (11-14) 79-74 on Saturday. American guard Deshon Taylor (188-1996, college: Fresno St.) fired 27 points, 6 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Forward Can Ozcan (202-1989) chipped in 16 points. Final Spor's coach Berat Gok used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American center Marvin Jefferson (206-1986, college: Idaho, agency: Interperformances) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds and the other American import guard Troy Franklin (183-1989, college: Coppin St.) added 21 points and 6 assists respectively for lost side. Four Kapakli Spor players scored in double figures. Final Spor moved-up to eighth place, which they share with defeated Kapakli Spor.
