There was a surprise result when thirteenth ranked Schwenningen (6-18) beat on the road higher ranked Coburg (13-11) 98-93 on Saturday. Schwenningen looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of French point guard Alexandre Fanchini (183-1999, college: Colby CC) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 7 rebounds (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) and American swingman Damezi Anderson (201-1999, college: Detroit, agency: Helping Ballers) who added 23 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was point guard Adrian Petkovic (188-2004) with 26 points and 7 assists and Gabriel Kuku (190-2001) scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Schwenningen and five Coburg players scored in double figures. Schwenningen maintains thirteenth position with 6-18 record. Coburg lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with FC Bayern 2.
