Very important is a home loss of third rankedAabyhoj (8-8) against fourth ranked Amager (8-8) on Saturday night. Host Aabyhoj was defeated by Amager in a tough game in Aabyhoj 60-66 . Amager forced 20 Aabyhoj turnovers. Strangely Aabyhoj outrebounded Amager 51-37 including 17 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Anna Seilund (174-1993, college: USF) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international center Rikke Fabricius (186-1992, college: CMU) who added 9 points during the contest. International center Caroline Wich (185-1996, college: Portland St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and guard Freya Jensen (178-2006) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Amager moved-up to third place, which they share with defeated Aabyhoj.
