There was no surprise in Bursa where 12th rankedTofas (9-15) was defeated by eighth ranked Darussafaka Lassa (12-12) 90-83 on Sunday. Darussafaka looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Brendan Adams (193-2000, college: GWU) who scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). The former international Berk Demir (204-1995) chipped in 12 points and 9 rebounds. Darussafaka Lassa's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American center Austin Wiley (211-1999, college: Auburn) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and his fellow American import Omar Prewitt (201-1994, college: William & Mary) added 18 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Darussafaka moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Tofas lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Bahcesehir.
