Very predictable result when second rankedTornado KM (18-4) defeated on the road 11th ranked Druskininku (3-18) 86-82 on Tuesday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 26-23 . But Druskininku won second period 21-19 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tornado KM looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Armandas Bancevicius (203-2006) who scored 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Tomas Rimkus (194-2006) chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds. Tornado KM's coach let to play all 12 players in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Benas Cepulis (185-2006) who recorded 38 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds and point guard Dominykas Rukstelis (182-2006) added 18 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Five Tornado KM and four Druskininku players scored in double figures. Tornado KM maintains second place with 18-4 record having just two point less than leader Zalgiris. Druskininku lost fourteenth consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth position with 18 games lost. They share it with Alytaus.
