There was a minor upset in Kastrup where 9th rankedHerlev (6-22) was edged by eleventh ranked Amager (5-23) 97-94 on Tuesday. Amager dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Herlev 's 46. Amager looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Tomas Bjarkason (204-1999, college: Lewis) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 28 points, 17 rebounds and 6 assists (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) and American forward Andrew Sims (198, college: Stonehill) who added 30 points and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was swingman Carlo Urne (195-2000) with 22 points and 6 rebounds and Lau Christoffersen (188-2003) scored 16 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Amager have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Holbaek. Loser Herlev keeps the ninth position with 22 games lost.
