No shocking result in a game when sixth rankedGalatasaray (15-14) crushed bottom-ranked Samsun (3-26) in Istanbul 113-69 on Friday. Galatasaray shot the lights out from three sinking 20 long-distance shots on high 51.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 19 passes made by Samsunspor 's players. Slovenian Klemen Prepelic (191-1992) nailed 13 points and 5 assists for the winning side and the former international center Samet Geyik (206-1993) accounted for 14 points and 5 rebounds. Galatasaray's coach Yakup Sekizkok felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Guard Bora Satir (190-2002) came up with a triple-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists and center Muhammed Senli (205-1992) added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Samsunspor in the defeat. Galatasaray maintains sixth place with 15-14 record. Samsunspor lost thirteenth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay dead last with 26 lost games.
