Finals Game 1: TFSE-MTK - BEAC 100-74

Date: April 30, 2024
TFSE-MTK outrebounded BEAC 39-19 including a 18-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. TFSE-MTK looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international swingman Fanni Szabo (182-1994, college: Dartmouth) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. American power forward Monika Czinano (190-2000, college: Iowa) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Five TFSE-MTK players scored in double figures. Guard Barbara Angyal (171-2001) answered with 21 points and 7 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) and American guard Kolby Morgan (173-1996, college: Tulane) added 9 points and 4 assists in the effort for BEAC. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
