The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Bucuresti:Steaua B. and CSU ASE . Steaua B. crushed visiting CSU ASE by 69 points 114-45 . The game without a history. Steaua led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding CSU ASE to just 4 points in second quarter. Steaua held CSU ASE to an opponent 24.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 69.2 percent accuracy of the winners. Steaua forced 22 CSU ASE turnovers and outrebounded them 37-26 including a 31-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. His fellow American import guard Jaylin Andrews (193-2000, college: Loyola, MD) contributed with 13 points and 6 assists for the winners. Five Steaua B. players scored in double figures. Forward Tudor Stoica (198-2006) answered with 13 points and guard Dragos Parau (179-2006, agency: VM Hoops Agency) added 11 points and 5 assists in the effort for CSU ASE. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
