There was a small surprise in Allmendingen where ninth rankedOrangeAcademy (2-2) outscored 6th ranked Ehingen/Urspringschule (2-2) 106-75 on Sunday. OrangeAcad. made 22-of-25 free shots (88.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when OrangeAcad. made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Jordan Mueller (185-2006) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 6 assists and Danish forward Frederik Erichsen (206-2006) who added 16 points and 8 assists during the contest. Four OrangeAcademy players scored in double figures. At the losing side Estonian point guard Jorke Aav (184-2005) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 assists and center Finn Doentgens (210-2004) scored 14 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. OrangeAcad. moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 9 other teams including defeated Ehingen .
