There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in Premier League. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

First defeat of league's leader Rubon against Borisfen 84-81 was the most important game of the last round. 26 personal fouls committed by Rubon helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Russian guard Egor Skuratov (190-2005) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 8 rebounds. ex-international forward Artem Sekushenko (200-2001) contributed with 10 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Maksim Shustov (187-1986) replied with 20 points and 4 assists for Rubon. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Rubon will play next round against strong Grodno trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Borisfen will try to continue on its current victory against Minsk on the road.
SDUSHOR-Viktoria recorded a loss in Brest. Hosts were rolled over by Borisfen 2 84-46. Forward Artem Puchko (195-2006) scored 21 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Kirill Chekhovsky chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest. Guard Aleksandr Kaminsky (185-2010) responded with 10 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Borisfen 2 will play against Rubon 2 in Vitebsk in the next round. SDUSHOR-Viktoria will play on the road against RCOP-SDUSHOR in Minsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for Grodno which hosted in Grodno Gomel. Grodno had an easy win 88-63. Sergey Lemeshevskiy notched 20 points (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) to lead the effort. Even 10 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists by Timofey Karpuk did not help to save the game for Gomel. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Grodno will meet Rubon in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Gomel will play against Rubon in Vitebsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 2: Brest was smashed by Minsk on the road 91-72. RGUOR lost to Gomel 2 on its own court 61-79. Grodno GrGU lost to Borisfen in Mogilev 49-85.
